We at Standout CV are a group of specially selected individuals who have spent the majority of our working lives in recruitment, resourcing, executive search and head hunting industries. We have sifted through, selected, rejected, and worked on, adapted and short listed thousands of CVs in our time and are confident we know what your recruiter will be looking for.
Who are our clients?
Our clients are people with busy lives who do not have the time, patience or inclination to spend hours writing a CV when in reality they feel like a fish out of water! They are people who find it hard to highlight their achievements and make the most of their strengths. Our clients are people like you who want to be in a better place than they are now and need a little helping hand to get there.
What are our objectives?
To give the client 100% satisfaction with the service they have received. To make life a little bit easier, even if for only a short time. To stop job hunting from being so time consuming and such a hassle we want you to spend your time applying for the jobs, not slaving over your CV. Lastly but most importantly we want to encourage people to see the best in themselves.
What are our limitations?
Although we might try we cannot make miracles happen. If you do not have the experience or qualifications required for your desired job then the harsh reality is you are not likely to get an interview no matter how good your CV is. Keeping your expectations realistic is down to you.
Our consultants, though the very best, are also human and may occassionally escape the chains on their desks for sickness or holidays. We will do our utmost to ensure this does not affect the delivery time on your CV but please remember we are people not machines.
